and black, except for one section. The color of this section
is green and the number value is 0.
Betting can be done on any number except for the number
zero and on any color (black or red) except for the color
green. The roulette table has a baize carpet covering on
it which shows different sections of colors also present
on the wheel. These sections go as follows:
• Section of odd numbers
• Section of even numbers
• Numbers from 1 to 12
• Numbers from 13 to 24
• Numbers from 25 to 36
• Numbers from 1 to 18
• Numbers from 1 to 36
The player shows the croupier the number he has selected
by placing his chips on the number or color present on the
roulette table. Moreover, you are allowed to bet on more
than 1 square, provided that you will be able to manage
these bets within the time allotted to you for placing your
bets.
Standard Roulette Layout:
To establish the winning bet, the croupier spins the wheel
and the ball in the opposite directions. After the wheel
slows down, the ball lands on a number. That number and
color will be considered the wining elements. Before the
round starts, each player places his bet.
You can bet on any number which is above 0 and this gives
you a chance to bet on more than one number. After the bet
has been placed by all the players, the croupier rolls the
wheel and then, no one is allowed to place a bet. Even if
somebody places a bet after that, it will go void.
Obviously, if the ball lands on the number or color you
had placed your bet on, you win your wager. Once the wheel
has been turned and the winning bets declared, the croupier
clears the table to announce the beginning of another round
until which you cannot place your second bet.
